We inform our kind users that, in order to mitigate the waiting times, from 1st February 2025 the Permits and Passes Office will adopt a new reception model by appointment only.
The appointment can be made by accessing the appointment calendar by selecting the item:
“All services Mon – Fri”
“All services Sat”

Tuesday – Thursday:
from 8.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m./ from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Saturday:
from 8.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.
*Those who need to request a temporary permit for the day or the following day will exceptionally be able to access these time slots even without an appointment.
